Every order is meticulously hand-inspected, securely packed in custom heavyweight brand packaging, and dispatched through high-tier courier networks to ensure your garments arrive in pristine, studio-ready condition.

PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMELINES

All archival orders undergo a mandatory 24 to 48-hour fulfillment window for quality assurance screening and secure packaging. Orders placed during peak drop cycles or over weekends are processed on the immediate following business day. Once your parcel clears our dispatch terminal, a confirmation sequence containing your dedicated tracking signature will be routed to your email.

DOMESTIC & TRANSCONTINENTAL TRANSIT

We partner exclusively with premium freight networks to guarantee safe, rapid transit times across all destination zones:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
  • Express Priority: 1 to 2 business days from dispatch.
  • Note: Delivery windows are estimates and may experience subtle shifts during heavy holiday traffic or global Customs clearance phases.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & CUSTOMS PROTOCOLS

For global collectors outside our domestic territory, shipments may be subject to local import duties, tariffs, and value-added taxes (VAT) imposed by your local customs authority. These regulatory charges are calculated independently at your border and are the sole legal responsibility of the recipient. PROJECT 2 does not manipulate customs valuations.

TRANSIT SECURITY & LOST ARCHIVES

Every package dispatched from our terminal is fully insured until it reaches its designated delivery point. PROJECT 2 is not legally liable for packages marked as successfully delivered by the courier network but misplaced at the destination. If your package is officially declared lost in transit prior to delivery, our operations team will initiate an immediate investigation and dispatch a replacement archive.
